CPN Construction is designed to serve local needs and especially the needs of those Cameroonians in the diaspora who want to venture into property development back home. We understand that distance is a real impediment and sometimes we put our trust in people including family members who fail us.

CPN Construction will deliver projects to your specific requirements. We're on the ground and have a dedicated team of architects, surveyors and construction engineers who will visit your parcel of land to evaluate/ascertain topographical impediments as a guide to producing foundation/building architectural designs that align with your project needs and vision . We'll do soil tests prepare reports that will determine foundation requirement, and apply for, chase-up and acquire your land title in your absence if required.
